Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 26, 2026 · Company filed: October 21, 2026
Perrivale Learning aims to make its website, program information and enrollment request process usable by people with different access needs. This statement describes our approach and the way to report a barrier; it is not a claim of a completed conformance audit.
An approach to usable learning information
We want visitors to understand programs, prices, delivery arrangements and policies before making a decision. Accessibility is relevant both to the public website and to any actual learning service supplied later. The opening site is a new implementation for a business filed in October 2026, so we do not claim a history of independent accessibility certification or that every possible device and assistive technology has been tested. We welcome specific information that helps us identify and address a barrier.
Navigation and page structure
The site uses page titles, meaningful headings and repeated navigation to help people find a program, return to the cart or reach company information. A skip-to-content route is intended to reduce repetition for keyboard users. Links should describe their destination rather than rely on an unexplained decorative symbol. Please tell us if you encounter an incorrect heading order, an unclear destination or a fixed element that prevents you from reaching the content you need.
Keyboard operation and focus
Interactive controls should be reachable in a logical keyboard sequence and provide a visible focus indication. Menus and dialogs should have identifiable controls to open and close them. A person should not need precise pointer movement or a hover-only action to obtain important information. If a control traps focus, becomes unreachable or closes before you can use it, report the page, device, browser and the steps that caused the problem so we can review the actual behavior.
Forms and validation messages
Enrollment and support forms are intended to use labels, required-field information and messages that explain an error. A successful request should show a reference number and a clear confirmation. We aim to avoid reliance on color alone to describe an invalid field. If you cannot identify an input, choose a payment preference, review an error or read a confirmation, contact us for assistance. Do not send sensitive payment credentials while trying to work around a form barrier.
Cart, prices and request review
Visitors should be able to understand program names, starting prices, quantities or seats and any per-session or monthly unit. The opening form records a request and does not charge a payment method. This distinction should be readable with assistive technology as well as visible on screen. If cart controls or price units are unclear, ask us to provide the proposed selection and costs in an alternative written form before you make a commitment.
The automated learning assistant
The site guide is intended to be usable on both desktop and smaller screens, with clear input and close controls and a bounded conversation area. It should not be the sole way to obtain material information or make a support request. Program pages, policy pages and company contact information remain alternative sources. If the guide is difficult to use, closes incorrectly or does not expose its answers understandably to your assistive technology, tell us the question and the barrier encountered.
Text, contrast, zoom and motion
We aim for readable text, sufficient contrast and layouts that reflow on smaller screens or at increased browser zoom. Essential information should remain visible without animation, and reduced-motion preferences should be respected where movement effects are present. Changing font or zoom settings may alter the arrangement but should not remove essential controls. Please report overlapping text, horizontal overflow that blocks use or an image that obscures a price or instruction rather than assuming it is unavoidable.
Images and future learning media
Meaningful images should have useful alternative text, while purely decorative imagery should not create unnecessary repetition. An illustration introducing a program is not a substitute for its written description. If an agreed program includes video, audio, slides or an assessment, discuss relevant access needs before purchase so the actual delivery and available alternatives can be reviewed. We do not imply that an unbuilt learner platform already provides captions, transcripts or another specific accommodation.
Live workshops and individual needs
Contact us early if a proposed session format creates an access barrier, for example regarding a meeting platform, timing, reading format or communication method. Describe the functional assistance you need without supplying an unnecessary medical diagnosis. We can review a reasonable arrangement for the specific service and explain what is available before enrollment. A general website statement is not a guarantee that every external platform supports every assistive feature or that an unconfirmed accommodation has already been provided.
External providers and reasonable alternatives
A confirmed program or payment may use a separately identified provider whose interface is outside the direct control of this website. If that provider prevents you from completing an agreed step, tell us so we can consider an appropriate alternative and communicate the issue where useful. We should not require use of the automated guide to report an access problem. The availability of a third-party service does not remove our responsibility to communicate material program and purchase information clearly.
Reporting barriers and ongoing review
Provide the affected page or program, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier and any relevant browser or assistive technology information. Screenshots can help when appropriate, but remove confidential details. We aim to review actionable feedback and significant website changes as part of maintenance. Recognized guidance such as WCAG can inform that work without this statement asserting a certified level of conformance. This statement does not waive rights or impose a government-specific deadline on a private business.
