Will I receive access immediately after sending the form?
No. The form records an enrollment request. Availability, delivery format, access term and any schedule are confirmed before payment. Access follows your agreed enrollment details.
Are these accredited qualifications or professional licenses?

Do I need particular software or paid subscriptions?
Requirements depend on the program and agreed activities. Ask which device, browser, accounts and tools are needed, whether a separate subscription costs extra and whether an alternative is available before paying.
How are workshops and individual sessions scheduled?
Dates, time zone, session length, participation format and any rescheduling rules are confirmed in writing before a booking. No particular date is reserved by sending an inquiry alone.
What does the monthly membership request do?
It asks for the current membership details. It does not start a subscription or charge you. Inclusions, recurring price, frequency, start date and cancellation steps must be separately disclosed and accepted before recurring billing begins.
Can my company request team training?
Yes. Corporate Digital Skills Training starts from $1,500. Tell us the team’s goals; participant numbers, delivery and total scope are quoted individually.
Can I cancel or ask for a refund?
