Intellectual Property Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026 · Company filed: October 21, 2026

This policy explains use of Perrivale Learning website content, teaching resources and learner submissions. Rights depend on the actual material and applicable law; a paid enrollment provides the stated permission to use resources, not automatic ownership of every work shown.

Protected materials and rightsholders

Website text, course content, video, audio, diagrams, templates, exercises, brand elements and other resources may be protected by copyright, trademark or related rights. Those rights remain with Perrivale Learning or the relevant rightsholder where they validly exist. This policy does not claim exclusive ownership of facts, ideas, public-domain material, third-party works or content that is not eligible for protection. The rights status of a particular item should be assessed on its own facts.

Browsing and evaluating the opening catalog

You may browse public program information and use it reasonably to consider whether to request a program. Ordinary personal reference, lawful linking and uses permitted by law are not prohibited by a generic ownership notice. Do not misrepresent a copied program description as your own offering or use the company’s identity to imply endorsement. Publicly visible material is not automatically a license to republish a complete paid course, sell a copy or impersonate the provider.

Permissions supplied with a paid program

The written enrollment details should explain what learning materials are included, whether downloading is allowed, who may use them and any relevant access period. Unless a broader license is expressly agreed, personal training access is for the named learner’s own study and appropriate practice. A resource being technically downloadable does not by itself authorize commercial redistribution. Ask about intended use before payment if your plans require publishing, adapting or sharing a substantial part of the material.

Corporate and team licenses

A business training purchase should identify authorized participants and any permitted internal use. A starting corporate price does not automatically grant an organization-wide content library, unlimited seats, resale rights or permission to upload resources to an internal learning platform. A wider license can be discussed and documented where appropriate. Employees may apply learned skills in their work, while copies of protected teaching materials remain subject to the agreed license and applicable rights.

Copying, sharing and permitted legal uses

Do not distribute access credentials, resell protected resources, publish full lessons or make unauthorized recordings as a substitute for providing legitimate access. Remove no rights information in a way that misleads others about ownership or origin. These restrictions are subject to applicable law, including fair use, other statutory exceptions and a valid separate license. A short lawful quotation is not treated as equivalent to republishing an entire course. When uncertain, describe your proposed use and request clarification.

Live participation and recordings

A workshop may involve instructor material and contributions by other participants. Joining a session does not provide general permission to record, reproduce, publish or train a model on the session. Any recording arrangement should be communicated before participation and respect the necessary permissions and privacy requirements. Replay access, if included, has its own scope and duration. If you wish to share a clip, presentation or participant comment, obtain the relevant permission rather than assume attendance provides it.

Your original assignments and submissions

You retain your rights in original work that you provide, subject to any rights belonging to an employer, client or other person. By supplying work for requested review, you permit the handling reasonably needed to deliver that review and administer the agreed service. We do not treat that limited purpose as blanket permission to publish your work, use your name in advertising or claim ownership of your business materials. Provide only information you are authorized to share.

Third-party works and open licenses

A program may identify outside software, articles, frameworks or resources. Their owners’ terms and any applicable open-source or public licenses continue to govern those items. An enrollment does not transfer a third party’s subscription or override its usage restrictions. Attribution and license notices should be retained where required. A reference to an external resource does not mean it is owned by Perrivale Learning, permanently available without charge or approved for every business purpose.

AI-assisted and generated material

AI-related learning may involve generated examples. Such outputs can raise questions about accuracy, ownership, originality and third-party rights, and their legal status depends on the circumstances. A training example is not a guarantee that an output is exclusively protectable or free of all third-party claims. Do not submit someone else’s protected or confidential material to an outside tool without appropriate authority. The license to a learning resource should not be mistaken for a legal opinion about every generated result.

Names, marks and identification

Perrivale Learning’s name and visual identity identify this business. Do not use them to imply an affiliation, certification, sponsorship or authorization that does not exist. Names and marks of other providers belong to their respective owners and may be used descriptively where appropriate. No registered trademark status is claimed merely by displaying a name or symbol. A legitimate reference to a program should still distinguish your own activity from the company’s offering.

Raising a rights concern

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, identify the material, where it appears, the right you claim and a reliable way to contact you. Provide enough detail for a useful review without sending unnecessary confidential information. We may ask for clarification, review relevant records and take an appropriate step such as correction or removal. This general contact process does not represent that a particular statutory safe harbor, registered agent arrangement or fixed legal determination has been established.
