Payment Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026 · Company filed: October 21, 2026
This policy explains displayed prices, enrollment requests and the steps that must be completed before Perrivale Learning arranges an actual payment. The opening website does not operate an automatic card checkout or collect banking credentials.
Currency and starting prices
Prices in the opening catalog are stated in U.S. dollars and labeled From where they represent a starting amount. The final price depends on the actual service accepted, including scope or participant count where relevant. The cart shows a starting-price estimate rather than an unconditional promise to deliver every requested variation at that figure. Ask about the complete arrangement before paying. A corrected or revised offer must be communicated clearly rather than silently substituted after your decision.
Sessions, groups and monthly units
One-on-One Online Training starts at $150 per agreed session; quantities for that service represent sessions. Other eligible quantities represent proposed seats. Corporate training and membership are limited to one inquiry line each, with actual group scope confirmed separately. The Monthly Learning Membership starts at $129 per month only if separately agreed and activated. A mixed request estimate includes the opening month once and shows a potential monthly amount separately; it includes no future renewal charges. Corporate pricing does not imply unlimited seats or delivery.
Submitting a form does not charge you
The website request form records your proposed selection, contact details, learning goals, notes and a payment preference. It does not collect a customer address. A request reference appears when the record is saved. That process does not debit an account, authorize a recurring payment, create a PayPal invoice or confirm a completed enrollment. We first review the request and communicate the proposed service. Do not interpret a saved request as a payment receipt or proof that paid course access has begun.
The final offer and invoice
Before payment, the confirmed arrangement will identify the program, delivery format, schedule if applicable, access period, quantity or seats, included services and complete amount due. Any applicable tax, mandatory fee or separately required tool will be explained. Payment timing, installments or a deposit apply only when expressly agreed and lawful; they are not created by a generic website label. You will be able to retain the offer and ask for clarification before accepting a financial commitment.
Available payment methods
The form allows preferences for a credit or debit card payment link, a PayPal invoice or verified ACH instructions after review. These are proposed routes, subject to the business having an appropriate active provider and the method being offered for your transaction. We do not promise every card network, wallet, financing option or international bank is accepted. The actual provider and payment instructions must be identified with the confirmed invoice before you send funds.
Safe payment instructions
Use the identified provider or verified instructions associated with your confirmed request. The general support form and site assistant are not places for a card number, security code, bank password, authentication code or online banking login. If an unexpected message changes the payee or bank details, verify it through a known company contact before acting. We will not treat an unverified payment screenshot as conclusive proof that money reached the correct recipient.
Billing information and business purchases
The opening enrollment form does not collect a customer street address, city, state, ZIP code or country. If an actual payment provider later needs billing information, that collection must be identified through its payment process before payment. Confirm authority to use the selected method. A business purchase should identify the responsible organization and authorized contact before an invoice is issued. Corporate participant information should be limited to what is needed to arrange the agreed training. Tell us about an invoice error before payment so it can be reviewed.
Declined or incomplete transactions
A later payment may be declined or interrupted by the provider, bank, network or other verification process. Contact the identified provider or us as appropriate; do not send credentials through an ordinary message in an attempt to resolve it. Repeated attempts may result in temporary authorizations or duplicate concerns depending on the provider. We should confirm the actual transaction status before requesting another payment or providing a final paid-enrollment confirmation.
Recurring membership authorization
The opening Monthly Learning Membership is request-only. A future automatic renewal arrangement requires separate clear disclosure of the amount, billing interval, renewal terms, included access and a simple way to stop future charges, together with affirmative informed consent before charging. General acceptance of website terms is not used as a substitute for that consent. Any change to recurring amounts or material terms must be communicated and handled according to the agreement and applicable law.
Refunds and payment reversals
The Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains how we review an actual payment refund, cancellation or service problem. An approved refund is ordinarily initiated through the original payment route where feasible. The payment provider or bank may take additional time to post it. We do not represent that every transaction is automatically nonrefundable because education is delivered digitally. A payment dispute or reversal is reviewed on its facts and does not remove non-excludable consumer rights.
Taxes, records and discrepancies
Tax treatment depends on the transaction and applicable law; this policy does not promise a universal rate or exemption. Keep the confirmed offer, invoice, payment receipt and request reference for your records. The website starting-price display is not a tax invoice. If you see a mismatch between the agreed amount and a requested charge, seek a correction before paying where practical. Report an apparent duplicate or unauthorized charge promptly without surrendering any rights available through the relevant provider.
