Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026 · Company filed: October 21, 2026
This policy describes how Perrivale Learning reviews cancellation and refund requests for educational services. It preserves rights that applicable law makes mandatory and distinguishes an unpaid website inquiry from an actual paid enrollment.
Unpaid enrollment requests
The opening website records requests for review and does not collect payment. You may withdraw an unpaid request by contacting us with the reference number and the program involved. There is no website payment to refund in that situation. A form confirmation does not mean that a membership began, a live place was irreversibly reserved or personalized work was authorized. Any later paid arrangement must identify the service and relevant cancellation conditions before acceptance.
Cancellation before delivery begins
Our stated opening policy is to provide a full refund of a payment for a program that you cancel before access or agreed service delivery begins. Explain that you wish to cancel rather than merely ask a general question. A request timestamp, planned start and the actual delivery record may help establish the circumstances. Statutory cancellation rights that are more favorable continue to apply. We do not impose a hidden administration deduction on this pre-delivery cancellation promise.
Self-paced access and digital materials
If digital access has already been supplied, tell us what was provided, whether it worked and what you wish to cancel. We do not treat the word digital as an automatic waiver of all refund rights. The actual enrollment terms, delivery circumstances, relevant consumer law and any valid consent requirements matter. An unopened email, a failed invitation and usable access are not necessarily the same situation. We will review the facts rather than assume that every resource was successfully delivered.
Live sessions and workshop changes
Before a live session or workshop begins, the pre-delivery cancellation policy applies. Tell us as early as practical if you need to reschedule, so we can review whether another arrangement is available. Any special multi-session terms must be clearly communicated before payment and remain subject to applicable law. A missed session does not automatically establish that all future sessions were delivered. We will explain the treatment of the affected and unprovided portions of the agreed program.
Personalized work already performed
For a study plan, customized program or corporate preparation, the written scope should explain when work starts and what constitutes an identifiable deliverable. Where applicable law permits it and a clear prior agreement supports it, genuinely delivered work may be assessed proportionately when a customer cancels partway through. We do not invent a nonrefundable deposit or charge for work merely claimed after the cancellation. Undelivered portions and any mandatory refund entitlement must be considered separately.
Cancellation or substantial change by us
If we cancel an accepted program before providing it, we will offer a refund for the unprovided service rather than require you to accept unrelated training. A reasonable alternative date or substitute may be offered, but acceptance is your choice. If only part of an agreed program can be delivered, we will explain the proposed adjustment and treatment of the remaining portion. The appropriate remedy depends on the actual agreement and applicable law, including any right to a fuller refund.
Monthly memberships and future charges
An inquiry about the Monthly Learning Membership currently starts no paid subscription. If a recurring membership is offered later, it requires separate clear terms and consent before billing. The cancellation method, effective date and effect on access must be explained before enrollment. We will not treat silence as a request to renew an inquiry. A cancellation should stop future recurring charges in accordance with the accepted terms and law; the treatment of a current paid period must be disclosed.
Technical failures or services not as agreed
Contact us when access does not work or a paid service materially differs from the agreed description. Provide enough detail for a useful review and allow a reasonable opportunity to address a correctable problem where appropriate. Repair, replacement access, rescheduling or a refund may be suitable depending on the issue. A suggested credit or replacement does not remove a mandatory refund right. We do not require acceptance of store credit as the only remedy for every problem.
Incorrect, duplicate or unauthorized charges
If a later payment appears duplicated, incorrectly calculated or unauthorized, contact us with the invoice or transaction reference and a short explanation. Send only a redacted record if evidence is needed. Do not transmit a full card number, security code or bank password. We will review our records and any relevant processor information. This process does not prevent you from using rights available through your payment provider or contacting an appropriate consumer protection authority.
How to request a review
Use the support form or the contact details below. Include your name, contact email, request reference, program, payment date if applicable and the outcome you seek. A clear request helps distinguish cancellation from a general support inquiry. Keep a copy of what you send. We may ask proportionate questions to identify the purchase or understand a delivery dispute, but do not require unnecessary sensitive information or an unrelated explanation of your personal circumstances.
Refund decisions, method and timing
We aim to explain the outcome and, where a refund is approved, initiate it ordinarily within ten business days after the relevant review is complete. Any shorter legal deadline takes priority. Refunds ordinarily return through the original payment method where feasible, with a suitable verified alternative discussed if that method cannot be used. Processor and bank posting times can differ. We will explain a material delay rather than describe an uninitiated refund as already paid.
