Course Access & Delivery Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026 · Company filed: October 21, 2026

Perrivale Learning provides remote educational services and digital learning resources. This policy explains how proposed access and delivery arrangements are reviewed and confirmed; the opening website does not claim that every listed program is immediately accessible after an inquiry.

Digital delivery rather than physical shipping

The opening catalog covers online courses, skills training, workshops, study planning and related learning services. No physical package is automatically shipped when you submit an enrollment request. The opening form does not collect a customer postal or billing address. If a specific future offer includes a physical item, any necessary delivery information and conditions must be separately explained before purchase rather than inferred from this general policy. Actual digital access arrangements are confirmed for the accepted program.

Review and enrollment confirmation

Submitting a request gives us the information needed to discuss your chosen program. The request reference confirms receipt, not payment or availability. Before an enrollment is accepted, we will confirm what will be delivered, who it is for, relevant prerequisites, the delivery method, the access period and the complete cost. A personalized or corporate program may require additional scoping. Do not assume a start date or reserved place until those details have been agreed.

Delivery instructions and contact details

Where access is provided by email, use an address that you can reliably receive and retain. Review the sender and program details before opening an invitation, and check spam or filtered folders if an expected message is missing. Inform us promptly about an incorrect address or a rejected message. We can review a reasonable alternative way to provide instructions. A website success message by itself is not evidence that an external email reached your inbox.

Self-paced courses and resources

A confirmed self-paced offer should explain its available content, access window, any release schedule and whether files may be downloaded. Self-paced describes how learning may be undertaken; it does not automatically mean lifetime access, unlimited updates, assessment or tutor support. The opening catalog does not provide those details by implication. Review the actual enrollment description and ask about any required feature before payment, especially where completing the program depends on access over a particular period.

Live sessions and interactive workshops

For a live activity, the written arrangement should state dates, start times, the applicable time zone, expected session length and the joining method. Check time-zone conversion and daylight-saving changes for your own location. An invitation may be specific to a named participant or agreed group. Recording, replay access and replacement sessions are not automatically included. If we change a material schedule or cannot deliver an agreed activity, the cancellation and refund policy applies.

Personalized plans and individual training

A personalized learning program or study plan begins with the scope agreed for that service. Clarify the learning goals, information needed from you, number and type of deliverables, review points and any included revisions. A one-on-one session price applies to the agreed session rather than unlimited access to an instructor. We do not publish an invented universal turnaround period. A delivery estimate should reflect the actual work and be communicated before payment is requested.

Corporate training and participant arrangements

Business training should identify the purchasing organization, authorized contact, proposed participant count, relevant skill areas and agreed delivery arrangement. Learner names or invitations should be shared only as needed. A corporate starting price does not automatically include unlimited seats, a company-wide content license or integration with an employer system. Internal redistribution, recordings, additional groups and reporting require clear agreement. Employers should tell participants what information will be used in arranging or administering their training.

Devices, software and connectivity

You generally need a suitable internet connection and a device capable of using the agreed materials or meeting service. Exact browser, software, account, download and device requirements depend on the confirmed program. We should identify material requirements and any separate subscription costs before payment. Do not purchase an outside tool solely because it appears in illustrative artwork. Contact us about compatibility or accessibility needs early so the proposed delivery can be reviewed before you commit.

Access problems and service support

Tell us the program name, request reference, expected access date and a description of the problem. A device type, browser version and the wording of an error may help; never send a password or full payment credentials. We will review whether the problem concerns our instructions, the agreed service or an outside provider. A reasonable repair, replacement access or other appropriate remedy may be considered. This does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of every network or third-party platform.

Downloads, recordings and permitted use

Available downloads or replay links depend on the actual offer and its license. Keep permitted files securely and respect the intellectual property and privacy of instructors, participants and outside rightsholders. Do not record or republish a live session without the necessary permission. Access to a resource is not permission to resell it, create shared public credentials or upload it to a public library. Any lawful copying rights or mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Changes, interruptions and access expiry

We should communicate a material delay, cancellation or change affecting an accepted program and explain the options that apply, including a refund for an unprovided service where appropriate. If an access window is limited, its length and relevant expiration should be stated before payment. Content should not disappear simply because a hidden term was introduced later. Ending a membership or license may affect future access according to the clear terms accepted for that arrangement.
