Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 26, 2026 · Company filed: October 21, 2026

These terms describe use of the Perrivale Learning website and the process for requesting online courses, professional skills training, workshops and personalized learning services. A program-specific written agreement may provide additional terms before a paid enrollment is accepted.

Company and scope of the service

Perrivale Learning LLC was filed on October 21, 2026. The opening website introduces nineteen learning options for individuals and businesses and enables requests for information or enrollment review. Services are intended to be delivered remotely. The site is not represented as a degree-granting institution, an employment placement agency or a government-affiliated education provider. Company formation alone does not establish educational accreditation, program approval or authority to issue professional credentials.

Who may submit a request

You must be at least 18 years old to use the opening enrollment process and able to enter the relevant agreement. Give accurate contact details and tell us if they change. If you act for a business, confirm that you have authority to request the proposed training and approve the later purchase. Any information required by a later payment provider belongs in its identified payment process. Do not submit personal information about other learners unless you have a legitimate reason and appropriate authority to share it.

Catalog descriptions and starting prices

Program descriptions identify the general subject and intended focus. Prices marked From are starting prices in U.S. dollars, not a promise that every possible scope is included. A session price is per agreed session; a monthly price refers to a possible membership period. Corporate scope, participant numbers, personalized deliverables and additional tools may affect the final offer. We will clarify these details before you decide whether to pay, rather than add undisclosed mandatory requirements afterward.

A request is not a completed purchase

Adding a program to the cart or submitting the form sends an enrollment request. The success reference confirms that the request was recorded; it does not confirm payment, admission, a reserved date or immediate access. We review the information and communicate the proposed arrangement. A paid enrollment becomes binding only through the actual offer and acceptance process described in the written confirmation, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory authorization.

Written enrollment details before payment

Before payment, review the program title, scope, format, included resources, delivery arrangement, schedule where relevant, prerequisites, access period, support and complete price. Any third-party subscriptions or technical requirements should be disclosed. Ask us about anything unclear or inconsistent with the website. You are not required to accept a materially different proposal. Program-specific terms must be provided clearly and cannot take away rights that the law does not permit a business to exclude.

Payment preferences and billing

The opening form requests a preference for a card payment link, PayPal invoice or verified ACH instructions after review. It does not collect financial credentials or initiate a payment. Available methods depend on the actual merchant setup and agreed offer. Follow only verified payment instructions associated with your confirmed request. Refunds, cancellations and disputed charges are handled under the published policies and applicable law, rather than through an assumption that submitting a form authorized a charge.

Participation and responsible use

Use the website and any agreed learning environment lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with service security, distribute malicious files, harass other participants, impersonate someone or share confidential material without authority. During a live activity, follow reasonable participation instructions communicated for that program. Your own learning effort, attendance and practice affect what you gain. We may address genuine misuse proportionately while explaining any effect on an agreed service and preserving applicable refund and consumer rights.

Accounts, access and third-party services

The opening website does not automatically create a learner account or provide a learning management system. If an agreed program uses a separate account, meeting service or content platform, we will identify the arrangement and relevant terms before access is supplied. Protect login details and report suspected compromise. Do not share a personal access invitation as a substitute for buying additional seats. Any restrictions must match the actual license and enrollment arrangement, not an invented platform feature.

Memberships and recurring arrangements

Selecting the Monthly Learning Membership currently submits an inquiry only. It does not activate recurring billing. A future recurring arrangement requires clear separate terms identifying the amount, billing interval, included access, renewal behavior and a simple way to cancel, followed by the required affirmative consent. Silence, a preselected choice, a support conversation or acceptance of general website terms is not treated as permission to debit an account repeatedly.

Materials, submissions and accuracy

Protected teaching materials remain subject to the applicable intellectual property rights and the license provided with the program. You retain rights in your own original submissions, while allowing relevant review needed to deliver requested feedback. Educational examples and automated site guidance should be checked against the written enrollment details. Report an apparent pricing or content error; we will explain a correction before acceptance rather than silently substitute a different paid service.

Questions, disputes and non-excludable rights

Raise a concern with your request reference and a clear description so we can review it. These terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration, waive a right to approach a regulator or remove statutory remedies. Montana law may be relevant to our business, but mandatory protections applicable to a consumer in another location are not displaced by a general reference to Montana. A later change to website terms does not retroactively rewrite an accepted enrollment.
